Shipping & Returns

We offer a 30 day exchange policy from the date of delivery for an exchange or credit note. This does not includes sale items.

We do not offer paid return labels.

Items must be unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in their original packaging. Swim bottoms must be unworn with the hygiene sticker attached to be eligible for return.

If you believe you have received a faulty item or the wrong item, please email hello@lolofrenchy.com with photos of the issues you are experiencing. 

As all of our collections are limited edition capsules, we cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange to will be in stock. If this item or size becomes unavailable, we will issue you with a credit note.
